Salary : 50k – 70k / PM

Job Description :
The Alliance Manager / Product Manager – Loan @Home is responsible for adding business value by coordinating and negotiating with the Channel Partners. The key responsibility of the role includes:
1. Sourcing of gold loan business through alternative channels such as aggregators /DSAs and identify new
channels.
2. Tying up with insurance or related companies and bundling the cross sales product with gold loan.
3. Entering to agreements with insurance and other companies.
4. Empanelment of new DSA’s and Aggregators in the market also create leads from the already active DSAs /
Aggregators.
5. Developing internal policy and process with timely pay out.
6. Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
7. Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing
8. Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications:
1. A strong, energetic work ethic2. Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
3. Should have working knowledge in MS Office Platform
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team player
5. Prior experience in building and managing channels.
6. Prior experience in managing channels for Gold Loan / Personal Loans / Consumer Durable Loans
