JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Title: Deputy Manager


Band: 5


Reporting To: Senior Manager


Department:Finance


Location:Gurgaon


BRIEF PROFILE AND WORK EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE:

  • IGAAP Financial and Notes to accounts:Responsible for preparation of financial and NTA for the company and for holding company for consolidation of results.
  • Management Reporting: Responsible for preparation of MIS, Flash and forecast, Opex and Balance sheet analysis, Actual Vs budget walk, Profit walk etc
  • Other Reporting: Solvency working, Expense of management compliance, ICF, JV posting in oracle, Define the accounting for product setups etc.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with accounting standards, the Companies Act 2013, and also the IRDAI regulations.
  • Quarterly/Annual audit:Support in statutory audits, internal audit including ICFR.

DESIRED COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Chartered Accountant –2017 onwards
  • Exp.3-4 years
  • Proficiency on working in MS – Office (Good on Excel & Power Point) and Oracle financials
  • Good knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, Accounting practices and standards, Companies Act.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Communication Skills, Discussion and coordination with Cross functional team
