Key Responsibilities :


§ Understanding of Life Insurance business processes and potential risk scenarios

§ Partnering with products team on product launch-Interpreting the financial requirement, impact on finance activities & mapping with financials

§ Drive and mange analytics a through requirement gathering, solution design, Planning and implementation

§ Interpreting the requirement document and convert the same into business logic

§ Analyze the results, interpret and communicate the result and finding of system development/enhancement to the business

§ Ensure timely testing of systems/releases based on the signed off requirements to ensure stability in after their rollout

§ Ensure Tracking and solutionzing the system/IT defects along with testing of solutions provided by IT on going basis.

  • Coordinate with the other department and cross functions from the prospective of understanding the requirement and to make understand on your requirement


Desired qualifications and experience:


Ü Graduate /Post Graduate in Commerce or IT with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in systems development & testing (Person with sound of Life Insurance products and its life cycle with would be preferred)


Ü Knowledge of Operation/finance Process Automations through Quality projects, RPA would be an added advantage.


Ü Knowledge of Ingenium, Group Asia & Oracle system will be given preference


Knowledge and skills required:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill with the ability to translate complex analysis into well-structured and simple to understand presentation and recommendations
  • Understanding of Accounting and ability to analyses the flow of a functional processes with exposure to process automations
  • Good analytical skills with ability to analyze, model and interpret data
  • Open to learning, Customer centric and Growth mindset attitude
  • Good knowledge of Insurance & Financial Systems
  • Hands on experience in testing of systems/releases as per project schedules
  • Regular reconciliation and Monitoring of defects logged with IT
  • Timely & effective escalation of pending issues for their resolution
  • Maintenance of Access controls of all systems with periodic reviews & formal documentation.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a competitive environment.
