SUMMARY:

MIS Analyst would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily set target with high efficiency and accuracy. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiencies, and practices.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The MIS Analyst will work with supervisor, team leader, manager, onshore stakeholders, and other staff members to accomplish the daily set targets based on the process engaged.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Advance Knowledge of Excel and Dashboard creation, formulation, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of DAX and SQL
  • PowerApps experience a plus - Not required, but helpful
  • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Design, build and deploy MIS solutions (e.g. reporting tools & Dashboards)
  • Should be able to Transform existing Non-Power BI Reports into Power BI.
  • Knowledge of programming language preferred
  • Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
  • Pro-active and zeal to outperform
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal) & Can participate in calls
  • Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active
  • Willingness to work in any business shift as per business requirement
  • Proven ability to successfully manage a team of several subordinates
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
  • Develop MIS system for report and analysis management and internal communication.
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
