  • New customer acquisition count
  • Revenue/ customer generation
  • Portfolio profitability net of delinquency for the assigned / sourced set of customers
  • Product per customer penetration including third party product penetration
  • Portfolio audit score / grading
  • Sourcing SME/ MSME customers
  • To manage relationship, early warning, portfolio management of assigned customers
  • Have or develop ability to do financial appraisal for credit needs
  • To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities for all new / renewed credit lines for assigned set of customers
  • To handle / coordinate for collateral creation process for new customers and renew credit lines for assigned set of customers
  • Understanding process of mortgaging and securing collaterals
  • To do field level early warning call as per prescribed frequency.
  • To support soft collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
