Ensure generation of PL (Personal Loan) by churning from the database of FICCL customers.
To meet customers, collect required documents as per policy.
To facilitate end to end processing of proposals from origination, approval by Risk team and disbursals.
Understanding of PL business particularly about self-employed/business loan.
Knowledge of local market conditions and about local industries as well.
Competitor knowledge on business loan product.
Sound understanding of Financials (ITR with computation, P&L account etc)
