Purpose of the Job:

  • Sell Personal Loans to Rural customers who has previously closed loan from FICCL .


Describe the KPIs against each perspective

  • Outcalls data assigned and promotes Personal loan offer
  • Generates leads for customer interested in Personal loans
  • Tags all calls in dialer and CRM.
  • Pitches end to end information and converts customer for Personal Loan
  • Provide customers with complete product information.
  • Explains the entire documentation process to avail a loan.
  • Complete knowledge of the policy and process
  • Coordinate with Branches on document collection and processing of the loan
  • Follow up till the case is disbursed

Customer Focus

  • Explain in detail the offer available for the customer
  • Provide accurate information on documents required

People / Team

  • Ensure self-learning by participating in training conducted.
  • Updates himself on the policy and process.

Process / Quality Improvement

  • Generate good quality leads quality
  • Increases conversion of leads generated
