Research & Development Quality Lead

This is a Research & Development Quality Lead role, reporting to the Research & Development (R&D) Team Manager in Business Area - MOTION and located in Bangalore. Responsible for leading the quality assurance of products developed by the team.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of the product and mapping the functionalities with the requirements.
  • Create test plans and test reports for firmware development.
  • Developing automation scripts for execution of the test plans.
  • Developing Continuous Integration pipelines for building and testing of firmware.
  • Lead the overall testing for each product release.

Your background

  • B.E or B. Tech in software/electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Software Testing.
  • Development and maintenance of Test Plan, Test Report and Traceability matrix.
  • Expertise in Python, Markup languages, additional scripting languages will be advantage.
  • Testing Framework PyTest or equivalent.
  • Object-Oriented Programming Concepts, Test Driven Development is preferred.
  • Compiler/IDE: Keil, Visual Studio code, PyCharm are nice to have.
  • Git, Continuous Integration/Development tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps are nice to have.
