The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales for our life insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for life insurance products
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and their needs
  • Create and manage marketing budgets
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, and social media
  • Track and measure the results of marketing campaigns
  • Work with sales and product teams to develop and launch new products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the life insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
