Vos missions au quotidien

  • Learn & understand end to end process along with the associated risks

  • Delivering as per the agreed SLA / KPI

  • Regularly follow-up and Timely Completion of the onboarding requests

  • Timely Escalations on process issues/ challenges to the management

  • 95.5% Quality Assurance, IQA & GPS scores with minimum 100% productivity

  • Timely execution of Agreements with 100% Accuracy

  • Proactively checking the E-rates without any follow up

  • Focus on 100% productivity / reduction in the rework files

  • Active participation in the Daily SCRUM, PSS Meeting & Weekly meeting

  • Driving Efficiency through various innovative ideas

  • Actively taking part in the Division wide initiatives

  • Commit to at least 2 training session focusing on the soft skills training

  • Display Flexibility for skeletal staffing, extended support, adhoc testing and business requirements

  • Participate in preparing reports and dashboards related to the process

  • Adherence to SGGSC policies & procedures

  • Ensure all the compliance courses are completed in a timely manner without any follow

  • Nil Client confidentiality breaches or client escalations

  • Identify and introduce proactive data quality controls

  • Lead and update team during daily standup meetings on various policy / procedure updates

  • Contribute to maintain and manage process documents, SOP and reports

  • Manage the metrics in terms of the total outstanding requests along with the status / regular follow up with the respective teams for the missing KYC docs

  • Leave Management & Nil LOPs

  • Flexible to support the CI practices & adhoc projects resulting in automation through Client Data Management, KSM etc

a)Technical competencies

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business

-Years of experience - 4 to 8 years

  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • In-depth knowledge in Know Your Customer (KYC) process
  • Experience in Investment Banking / capital markets domain is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of experience in Client onboarding or Periodic review process in Investment banking domain.
b) Behavioral Competencies
  • Ability to work in a cross cultural team across geographical locations and time zones

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

  • Ability to demonstrate team spirit, client focus and ownership

Willingness to be part of a deadline driven process

Investigative abilities and eye for detail

Good analytical and problem solving skills
