Will work on high visible Oracle projects and support the Oracle Consulting Project Manager by providing high-quality, on-time deliverables thereby increasing project margins. You will have the skill and flair to juggle vast amounts of data and through effective management and analysis, help to drive key strategic decisions on projects. Applicants should have proven experience in a similar role encompassing: financial management, risk/issue management, document/meeting management, project support and assurance, reporting/ analysis for Projects / Staff Augmentation. An ideal candidate will also have exposure to Portfolio and Program Management with a desire to be the best down to the very last detail.

Key Accountability:

Ownership & management of project management deliverables during the entire life-cycle of a project with regular communication with Oracle senior management and Clients to ensure the deliverables meet the required scope, time and quality.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management - Budgeting, Cost/Revenue Forecasting, Profitability, Margin Analysis, Invoicing and Invoice Reconciliations
  • Communications Management – Project Progress Reports and Metrics
  • Work Management – Build and maintain Project Plans, Time & Expense reconciliations and Project collaboration tools
  • Resource Management – Resource Forecasting, Staffing plans, Sub-contractor management and over-sight

Experience/Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Preferably PMI certified – PMP / CAPM
  • 6 to 10 years of work experience in IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years of PMO/Project Management/Project Analyst experience
  • Strong Hands-on experience with MS projects, MS Excel, Visio and other industry standard project management tools


Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
