Position -Senior Manager Quality

Department:- Quality

Location: Sector 135, Noida, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting of internal audits at different sites to check the conformity & fulfilment of the system, ensure execution of job with respect to the planned methodologies & Inspection plan, QA Plans.
• Project Quality Plan (PQP) Prepared & Implemented as per the ISO - 9001/2008 requirements.
• Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Formats & Check Lists Prepared & Stage wise checking all activities related to the Project ensured.
• Internal audits periodically conducted in all the sections in Projects for Implementation and Improvement of the system / process.
• Involvement in QMS certification and implementation.
• Perform planned audits and surveillances of execution activities to ensure compliance to Project requirements.
• Review and monitor reported nonconforming conditions (NCR) and associated Corrective actions and trends.
• Follow up on actions taken in response to audit findings to assure adequacy of completed corrective actions.
• Coordinating the material procurement department for procurement of quality material.
• Prepare Work methodology as per specification and BOQ.
• Testing of Cement, Aggregate, soil, Bricks, admixture, fly ash etc. as per IS Standards.
• Preparation of Monthly quality reports for send it to Head Office.
• Ensure the tests, controls, and inspection as per approved methodology and specification is being carried out to help the project documentation.
• Inspection of concrete mix design of different grades are being carried out as per required parameters (M05 -M80).
• Inspect the quality of concrete dispatch from batching plant as well as RMC plants.
• Ensure all quality checks conducted on concrete ingredients used for concrete batching.
• Calibration of measuring and testing equipment such as CTM, Batching Plants, Weight Balance as per approved FQAP.
• Ensure the preparation and availability of quality record documents.
• Regular Inspection of incoming material MTC.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• BE in Civil with 15 to 18 years of working knowledge of setting, implementing, and monitoring QMS preferably from a real estate / Infrastructure industry.
• Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with trade construction procedures and practices.
• Knowledge of structure reinforcement details & design.
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Should have handled a team and worked for multiple projects at a time.

Please Note:- Candidate from Real Estate/ Infrastructure/ Construction Industry will be preferred.
