We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations for both website, applications, all digital and printing platforms and can work as a visualizer as well.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Ideate, plan and design creative concepts & material, in collaboration with project managers, development and other designers, teams
  • Develop custom graphics that can be scaled up across digital and non-digital platforms; creation of various collaterals that are medium/platform agnostic
  • Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
  • Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user’s ease of use
  • Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to Assess user experience
  • Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others
  • Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and font
  • Implementing/overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process
  • Translate complex processes/steps/operations into simple understandable consumable frameworks
  • Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept
  • Understanding trends within the scope of the industry we are working in
  • Designing marketing and branding collaterals such as print ads, brochures, flyers, standees, booklets, branding, social media design, animations etc. as well as digital collateral are additional advantages

Key Requirements

  • Well-developed creative visualization, ideation and designing skills
  • Proven UI experience – 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
  • Proficiency in Adobe suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Indesign, Figma, Web flow
  • Deep knowledge of SVG animation
  • Experience creating storyboards and site mapping
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Clear understanding of design principles, an up-to-date sense of aesthetics.
  • Possess an understanding of UI/UX, advertising campaigns, social media platforms and overall digital deliverables
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Certifications (Preferred)

  • UI/UX
  • Graphics designing
  • Adobe suits
