Job Requirements:
BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent

7+ years of software engineering with proven results in designing, implementing and maintaining complex systems and services

Ability to work in CI/CD and DevOps work styles.

Good knowledge on 4G/5G Core, Public/Private Cloud concepts.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Proficiencies with Go, Python,Java,Springboot

Desire and ability to work in a hands on, fast paced and challenging environment.

Experience with 4G/5G networks (LTE, EPC, IoT) and their IWFs

Development experience with network architecture/network elements (load balancers, firewalls, NAT, server sizing)

Knowledge on OCI / AWS / Azure / GCP is a strong plus.

Proficient in cloud implementations with proven track record in Performance, Scalability and Resiliency

Deep understanding of cloud design patterns. Development experience with multiple Cloud environments like AWS, Azure or OCI

Experienced with SDLC/Agile/Scrum processes

Well-versed with Docker, Kubernetes, REST interfaces

Experience with SaaS development and microservices architecture, distributed systems,

data consistency, CI/CD and managed cloud services

Ability to work on multiple items and determine priority

Ability to work in and with geographically diverse teams

Knowledgeable about GDPR/data privacy, Secure Application Development, Build Security in to the SDLC

Experience with Big Data Analytics

Knowledgeable about database technologies

Ability to complete duties and tasks that are varied and complex and require independent judgment within area of specialization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Ability to present to development team, product owners, and senior management during sprint demos and as needed.

Role and Responsibilities:
Create newer IoT products

Design and implement important features for highly scalable IoT SaaS products

Design/develop IoT integrations with popular vendor / Oracle products or services

Design/develop components on microservice-based architecture

Design/develop a modern architecture using IoT, SQL, NoSQL, and distributed technologies

Leverage Big Data pipelines for real-time

analytics on various Oracle SaaS products

Contribute ideas for continually improving the team’s productivity, job enjoyment, and code quality

Actively mentor junior developers to develop their technical expertise

Participate in entire software lifecycle from development, testing and CI to production operations

Balance between product feature development and production operational concerns like authoring runbooks, enabling Ops automation, structured logging, metrics instrumentation etc.

Take initiative and be responsible for delivering complex software by working effectively with the team and broader set of stakeholders

Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.

Secure, Scale and manage variety of virtual & cloud computing platforms.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Additionally, your team will count on you to recommend and justify major changes to existing products/services/processes.

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
