7 and more years of work experience in Microsoft System Center proucts and Windows Servers.

In-depth knowledge in design and installation of Microsoft SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. (version 1902 till 2103 - current branch)

Design self-service patching using SCCM / WSUS

In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.

Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing.

Troubleshoot issues related to software delivery, patch management, inventory solution etc...

Experience in ESU patching

Monthly reporting for Patching, Software Distribution,Agent status, etc using existing reports

Experience of creating custom reports and dashboards using SCCM Reports / SQL Reports

Experience in service support and delivery of standard/approved updates, software distribution

Expereince in SCOM

Strong Expereience in Windows Server Operating Systems

Following the processes defined for Requests, Changes, Incidents and Project report around the SCCM estate

Good knowledge on Virtualization and Cloud

Linux knowledge will be an advantage.

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

Ability to apply critical thinking/problem solving skills in order to resolve complex technical issues in a timely fashion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

Must be self-managed, self-motivated, customer focused and team oriented.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Provide mentoring and direction for junior engineers/admins.

Willingness to work in a 24x7 global work environment (rotational shifts including nights and weekends).

B.E. /BS /B.Tech - Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent combination of relevant experience.

Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading edge database/applications company.

Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity. Propose client configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system. Work with others to define, coordinate vendor purchase needs. Responsible for support documentation as well.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS in Computer Science or related field.
