We are hiring a Business Development Manager with 2-5 years of experiencein B2B salesfor two of our clients in Ahmedabad. Males Candidates only.Looking out for candidates who have experience of working with the Logistics Industry.

Following is the JD for the same:

• Candidates required from Service Industry, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics, 3PLwill be preferred.
• Best Communications and convincing skills and well converse with English Speaking.
• Generate New Enquiries
• Follow up New Enquiries
• Keep MIS updated on all stages from Lead to Customer for all data and follow up information
• Meeting with target customers and finalize the deals in co-ordination with BDM/ CEO
• Gather Data of Target Customers/ Keep records of their present and Future requirements and follow up for the new work coming up.
• Give the Proposal/Presentations and convince the client’s expertise in the field.
• Should be a team player with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Preparing reports on current and future business opportunities
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
• Well Converse with computer /Laptop operations and email handling and searching abilities online.

Minimum Experience:4 years in the same profile

REQUIREMENT OF POSITION: Strong experience in warehouse business development and increase profitability

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:Graduate in any discipline that is having a passion for the sales of the products. A professional qualification like MBA (Marketing) will be added advantage for the position.

1) Through knowledge of the logistics industry in terms of the market conditions, rates of the properties, demand-supply cycle followed in the construction industry,

2) Negotiation & pursuing the customers.

3) Knowledge of the Joining process for the new employees.

Customer focus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong and Healthy person.

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
