As a Head Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine within our restaurant chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our culinary operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, combining culinary expertise with leadership and management skills. The primary focus is on delivering high-quality Chinese dishes that meet or exceed our guests’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update the Chinese cuisine menu, considering market trends, customer preferences, and cost-effectiveness.
- Introduce innovative and authentic Chinese dishes to enhance the restaurant’s appeal.
- Demonstrate exceptional culinary skills in the preparation and presentation of Chinese dishes.

- Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards to meet regulatory requirements.
