Roles and Responsibilities

To maintain Harmonious relationship between Management & employees, employees & employees and also ensure smooth production and legal compliance.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Statutory Compliances under Labour Laws

  • Monthly Review as per Check List
  • Maintain good relationship/ good Industrial relation between Mgt. & Employees, Employees & Employees

  • Monthly meeting of WC and fast remedy of their problems, if any
  • Reduce Unresolved issues escalated to statutory authorities to Zero

  • Monthly Review as per Check List
  • Implement CSR activities and maintain good public relation in and around factory

  • Follow PR calendar
  • Medical Examination under Factories Act

  • As per schedule
  • Ensure smooth function of welfare resources i.e. canteen, transportation , uniforms etc.

  • Monthly meeting of welfare committee
  • To ensure and follow proper Disciplinary Proceedings

  • Preliminary investigations, issue of Charge sheet/Show cause notice and other steps of Disciplinary Proceedings
  • Reduce overall absenteeism

  • Counseling, Disciplinary Action etc.
