Lead Software Engineer

• 8+ Years of Development Experience
• Should have led a team of at least 6 members
• Technically Sound, a good understanding of enterprise system design
• Should have hands-on experience in at least one .Net, NodeJs, Python
• Should have experience working with Relational and Non Relational Datastores
• Experience in working with Message Queue
• Experience in setting up application monitoring
• Should have worked in one of the Cloud platforms - AWS / Azure
• Should have experience in Agile Scrum Process
• Good understanding of unit tests, integration test, and quality engineering processes
• Experience in managing deployments
• Experience with technical support related to customer issues
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Mentoring Skills
