Role/Position: Practice Head/Lead - ServiceNow
Work Location: Kolkata/Mumbai/Jaipur/Ahmedabad/Noida/Remote work
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibility:


  • As a Practice Lead, You will be responsible for building the ServiceNow service line and contributing to the growth of Infrastructure Services at the Client.
  • You will be intensely involved in Infrastructure consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.
  • You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will be advocating infrastructure services & solutions to the customers.
  • You will be identifying opportunities with our existing customers for positioning our services.
  • You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Qualifications:


Basic:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
  • At least 15+ years of IT experience with building and advocating solutions in the ITSM space.

Preferred:

  • At least 5 years of experience in architecting infrastructure solutions based on ServiceNow offerings
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing/Leading ITSM service line/Practice
  • At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of ITSM tools
  • At least 5 years of experience in ITSM consulting assignments
  • At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Planning and Coordination skills
  • Experience with project management
