We are looking for candidates preferably from the BIG 4’S who wish to explore with an MNC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT company starting its operations in India


Position:- Manager/Sr.Manager- New Client Acquisition for Investment Management into Mergers and Acquisitions- Buy Side.

Location:- Currently work from home

Pan India Location candidates can apply for the given requirement



Roles and Responsibilities


Our investment objectives are to acquire companies to promote growth as a corporate group. We currently have the intention to invest in companies in these areas and are looking for a skilled and experienced person in the M&A business to work with us in the process.


We would like to find someone who
- is able to source M&A deals without depending on M&A intermediary
- is able to make contact with and find companies who are willing to sell
- is able to negotiate when making deals with companies at a comparatively cheaper price than market value
- is able to give explanation within our company about the deal including PMI (Post Merger Integration) plan
- is a local of the given location, as it will become easy for the person to acquire and manage clients.
- is a CPA, ACCA, FCCA holder
- has working experience in either of the Big 4 accounting firms
- is familiar with the M&A market
- has 5 years+ experience in M&A business (Buy side)
- has experience in M&A field and/or a related job
