  • with the methods and practices of our client.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and vision for Digital Marketing planning and best practices. Technical understanding of data driven solutions and ability to do high-level architecture.
  • Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions. Assist sales staff with a solutions sales client interactions, and present capabilities to client audience.

KPIs:

  • Execute strategy and tactics necessary to meet or exceed LOB financial targets and key performance indicators (KPI)
  • 50% Billable to the client projects and 50% in presales engagements
  • Participate in annual business planning & budgeting for the Practice.
  • Play solution architect and engagement manager roles in key projects.

Qualification

  • 10+years’ Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Sales, Service or Community Cloud preferred.
  • 5+Years of working experience in Developing and Deploying Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud, Pardot solutions.
  • At least 4-5 End to End SFMC implementation including Digital marketing campaign execution on B2C and B2B channel
  • Familiar with running discovery workshops and applying design thinking techniques.
  • Hands-on experience on different channels of Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Web Studio, Social Studio, Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Automations and Advertisement Studio
  • Experience in AMP script and SSJS scripting languages, Guide Template Language (GTL), JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS, XML Query Language: SQL Language: Java, J2EE
  • Integration of SFMC with SF Sales/Service cloud, Social Networking platform and hands on with SOAP/REST API configuration/testing for leveraging Marketing Cloud web service to transfer data into journeys and data extensions.
  • Provide best practice consulting, implementation, and migration services for ExactTarget Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, social, web, advertising, analytics, etc.).
  • A/B testing to weight emails delivery success. Reporting and dashboard for Campaign analysis.
  • Candidate with preferred Certification
    • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
    • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
    • Pardot Certified Consultant
  • BE/BTech , preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
