Desired Profile:

Experience working with MySQL, MONGO or any database and writing simple queries to get
data for debugging issues.
2. Being able to creatively come up with solutions for various problems.
3. An in-depth understanding of the different products.
4. Working Knowledge on with any of the languages like JAVA, Python, PHP.
5. Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
6. Quick troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.
7. Problem-solving and debugging skills.
8. Ability to join the dots around multiple events occurring concurrently and spot
Patterns
9. Working knowledge of any programming language to DEBUG CODE
10. Web-application / MOBILE debugging skills
11. Ability to access/understand logs / UNIX
12. Ability to run the tests (atleast) to reproduce subjected scenarios
13. Familiarity with Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Problem management and Request Management.
