We are looking for professionals who can deliver the following:

  • Business Development: Source new clients, solicit business and maintain positive rapport.
  • First point of contact: Train and onboard clients.
  • Go-to Resource: Resolve clients’ inquiries on our products, policies and processes. Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards, news and trends.
  • Monitor Performance: Check performance of loan deliveries and take proactive measures for any foreseeable issues.
  • Empower Clients: Get feedback and identify the support needed for clients to excel.

At least 2 years’ experience in US outbound sales / US outbound calling process is mandatory for this role. You have to be fluent in both spoken and written English.
