Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign execution using Big data platforms
  • Cater to Marketing Partners resolve their queries
  • Drive end-to-end product capabilities and drive their developments with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
  • Transform MVPs to production grade capabilities in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Innovate with a focus on developing newer and better approaches using big data & machine learning solution
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Ops Risk and other teams to resolve any data issues, customer complaints, OREs and any other query or escalation from stakeholders
  • Engage with business partners to gather the requirements, assess the needs/impacts and create/maintain/enhance the documentation related to various projects

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in working with product/engineering/automation development teams in fast paced complex and dynamic environment
  • Hands on experience with SQL,SAS, Hive, Python, ML Techniques or Experience..
  • Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi task – Re- evaluates priorities based on new information; quickly shifts attention between tasks or projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiative
  • Masters or Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science.
  • Prior experience in Project Management; Stakeholder Management; Change Management; Process Improvement Projects is a must.
