Roles and responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners (CP’s) in assigned regions
  • Develop and implement qualifying criteria for CP’s.
  • Monitor sales performance of CP’s and recommend ways to enhance it further
  • Coordinate with other teams e.g., sales, operations, finance to ensure necessary support for CP’s
  • Improve existing CP training program by improving existing modules and creating new content
  • Monitor and report latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities


Requirements:-

  • Education Qualification: Graduation in any stream. Engineers/ BBA/ MBA candidate may be preferred
  • Experience: 3-5 years. Prior experience in a building and managing channel sales network is a must.
  • Background in solar, batteries, inverters etc. is a plus
  • Assertive Communicator. Good communication skills, written, spoken and presentation.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and writing emails
  • Networking, relationship management, collaboration skills
