Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners (CP’s) in assigned regions
- Develop and implement qualifying criteria for CP’s.
- Monitor sales performance of CP’s and recommend ways to enhance it further
- Coordinate with other teams e.g., sales, operations, finance to ensure necessary support for CP’s
- Improve existing CP training program by improving existing modules and creating new content
- Monitor and report latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
Requirements:-
- Education Qualification: Graduation in any stream. Engineers/ BBA/ MBA candidate may be preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years. Prior experience in a building and managing channel sales network is a must.
- Background in solar, batteries, inverters etc. is a plus
- Assertive Communicator. Good communication skills, written, spoken and presentation.
- Proficient in using MS Office and writing emails
- Networking, relationship management, collaboration skills
