Key Responsibilities:


Ø Funnel reporting

Ø Query resolution

Ø Report Automation

Ø Liaisoning with field team & counterparts on various reports

Ø Digital Fulfillment


Measure of Success:

Ø Ensure Daily Meeting Report – With adequate Filters

Ø Lead extract dump Automation

Ø Publishing Digital funnel on daily basis,

Ø Minimal Error in any reports

Ø Report analysis & its Impact

Ø Reduce incidence Rate

Ø Using various tools for report automation

Ø Communication and awareness creation for field Team


Desired qualifications and experience:

Ø Should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate, preferably with a technical (IT) qualification.

Ø Preffered 3-5 years’ experience of which at least 1 yrs in report creation

ELIGIBILITY

  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role
  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current
  • FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed at least 12 months in the current role & have a minimum performance rating of G3M3.


Knowledge and skills required:


Ø Excellent Excel skills

Ø Experience in business reporting

Ø Interpersonal Skills.

Ø Good verbal & written communication skills.

Ø Should have good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Photoshop

Ø Strong Customer Focus
