To execute sales and marketing plan as per company vision.
Responsible for generating leads and converting the leads into sale to meet targets.
Understanding and doing needs assessment of client need to suggest most relevant insurance product to them.
Identifying sales opportunities from existing clients to ensure cross selling and up selling.
Prepare and submit daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports.
Responsible for retaining and developing assigned portfolio.
Responsible for ensuring prompt service and quick address to any and all of client queries.
To ensuing renewals of all assigned business in timely fashion.
To stay updated with all relevant products and services of all insurance companies to provide most suitable products to the clients.
