The Manager - Pre-sales (Revenue Assurance) is responsible for supporting the Sales team in closing deals in the Revenue Assurance Vertical. He/she is responsible for supporting the sales team in winning the deal by putting together a product/ solution that addresses client requirements while ensuring company’s interests are met.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Business planning & Pre-sales activities.
  • Responsible for development of marketing collaterals.
  • Lead the RFP / Bid management processes.
  • Market Research / Client Research to create product positioning & go-to market strategy and for building list of prospects & competitor analysis.
  • Create standardized templates for replicating across RFPs.
  • Create pro-active proposals for clients in discussion with sales teams & client partners after understanding the business requirement.
  • Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, technical, operations, pricing, consulting, HR, Legal, Finance etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal/ Bid submission.
  • Work with the Product Team to shape up product road map.
  • The role will require acquiring thorough knowledge of company’s capability and credentials in Revenue Assurance Segment and the existing product & solution offerings in this space.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral) is a key pre-requisite.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, influencing, persuasion & problem-solving skills.
  • Well versed with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Preparation of presentations/ Proposals about products and solutions.
  • Technical expertise, business understanding and work with cross-functional teams to provide curate response as per requirements.
  • Strong Client management experience.
  • Good adaptability to different and changing environments.

Experience

  • Total experience of 4-6 years with minimum 3 years relevant experience after post-graduation in pre-sales role involving Pre-tendering, RFP/Bid Management, Business Analysis and tracking.
  • Experience in Liaison/ Business Partner management will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • MBA/ PGDM from Tier II institute in the India/ abroad. Specialization in Marketing/ Operations will be an added advantage.
